Small Town Living: Reimagined

Empire Life Reimagined was a regional campaign anchored in the concept of “Small town living: Life reimagined” in order to promote and bring awareness to all Empire Communities located in Ontario.

The big idea centred around playing with those intangible—yet very latent—emotions that are an intrinsic part of owning a home in a small town.
The campaign’s main goal was to generate leads and engage potential buyers, while highlighting the dreamy aspects of small town living.

We invited the audience to reimagine what life would be like, owning their own (relatively more affordable) home and living their best life in a smaller town. We showcased the benefits of ‘reimagining’ their life by focusing on ordinary, yet heartfelt moments.

The campaign was centred around a custom-created website with an interactive Quiz designed specifically to match users to a new community they could call home. The quiz featured 10 questions and was designed to match a certain personality type with one of Empire’s seven Southwestern Ontario communities.

Additionally, we designed highly customized micro sites for each of the communities that included blogs and digital and for-print community guides. The campaign also featured social media videos, community renderings and assets for print that showcased in a creative way different emotional moments.
