Steps from Toronto’s bustling and colourful Kensington Market, with the world-famous Queen Street West at your doorstep, MRKT Condos is a mixed-use condominium residence by Tridel. 

This vibrant location, oozing with urban luxury, needed some pizzaz in its visualization and a rich Sales Centre experience. To highlight its hip, urban feel, we created highly impactful Interior and Exterior Renderings, as well as an immersive Touchscreen App that contains an impressive model of the building and the entire city of Toronto.

The app allows users to navigate the entire development toggling between day and night and through different amenities. Users can also navigate around the city and explore the neighbourhood and surrounding areas. 

The 3D touchscreen application provided an opportunity to tell the story of the hip and fresh personality of this brand.
