Building excitement around the community and the amenities offered at this sixth tower of Emerald City in Don Mills by driving traffic to the website and sales centre was particularly challenging, given the competition of other projects in the neighbourhood offering units of similar sizes and price points.
The point of difference at Park Club was the spa-inspired lifestyle, an amenity that set this development apart from the other close competitors. To focus on this unique feature, a commercial was created to showcase the spa and draw in the other benefits of living at this location for end users and overseas investors who may not be familiar with Toronto.
Rather than showcasing the building features, the video highlights the exciting and relaxing lifestyle of the community. A story was carefully crafted to follow our protagonist home after a working day downtown, arriving at her personal oasis where she can relax and enjoy the spa amenities of the development and proximity to shopping, transit and beautiful parkland. In order to build momentum, our team also developed a teaser version launched one month before the public launch, in addition to all the visualization of the project
