THE ASK

For the past 25 years, Empire Communities has helped people reimagine life, by building inspiring places to live. After slowly growing their footprint, Empire expanded into multiple regions that required a different online approach.

The main objective was to create a website with a mobile-first design approach, able to act as a robust hub of useful information for the home buyer, investors, realtors and brokers, as well as business partners and those looking to have a career with Empire.

Creating an easy-to-use platform that could host their entire inventory across:

  • 6 regions
  • 26 subregions

With over 1,600+ active listings from over 80+ different communities and each one with their own bespoke approach.

Empire partnered with Digital Agency PUREBLINK, to create a brand new space to engage with buyers and stakeholders.

Our Approach

 

Our solution was LEGO-inspired.

We created modules (think: LEGO blocks) that could easily be moved around and updated by anyone in our client’s team.

The complexity of the design lies in its user-friendliness… Being able to create new sections, regions, communities or even sales centre apps, in real-time, was a game-changer for EMPIRE and has catapulted their sales capacities.

– We created a multi region website, each of them with their own approach, resources and tailored information.

– The communities map was developed with state-of-the-art UX and UI techniques, making it an easy to use tool that allows users to find their perfect home.

– A hub for curated lifestyle stories was developed to provide visitors with tailored information that compliments their home search journey, along with a robust Homebuyer Resources page.

– A powerful and flexible platform that allows Empire Communities to create touchscreens apps and microsites on the go.
