Maestria, located in the heart of Montreal’s Quartier des Spectacles, is an extraordinary development destined to become a city icon. These towering structures, connected by an elegant aerial skyway, will be the tallest in Montreal, offering residents unparalleled views of Place des Festivals from their front-row centre vantage point.

Pureblink was entrusted with crafting a comprehensive marketing campaign centered around a captivating main video. This anchor piece was designed to generate a suite of engaging content, including eight shorter social media clips, a 30-second teaser, four cinemagraphs, and eight striking photographs to be displayed across Montreal.

Drawing inspiration from Maestria’s harmonious architecture and artistic neighbourhood, we developed a Big Idea that celebrated the arts in their full splendor. We showcased five categories—Fine Arts, Performing Arts, Literature, Music, and the burgeoning Digital Arts—to reflect the vibrant lifestyle Maestria offers. The goal was to immerse potential residents in the cultural richness of Montreal while connecting this artistic vitality to life at Maestria.

The main video took viewers on a surreal journey through the arts, experienced through the eyes of a maestro—a future resident of Maestria. This journey moved seamlessly between two worlds: one rooted in reality and the other dreamy and oneiric. Both realms radiated luxury and exclusivity, highlighting the artistic essence of the neighborhood and the architectural masterpiece that is Maestria.

The result is a majestic video that not only captures the grandeur of Maestria but also serves as the foundation for a diverse range of campaign assets. Together, these materials create a cohesive and impactful narrative, solidifying Maestria as a beacon of art, luxury, and urban sophistication in Montreal.
