Over the past couple of years, Empire communities has enhanced their focus on homeowners and customer service. Our team has been honoured to be working alongside the Marketing team, to make significant and unique changes to their online presence.

We had the opportunity to create and produce a video that showcases the excitement and emotional aspect of owning an Empire home while showcasing the importance of a vibrant lifestyle for the end user.

But the most significant change was introduced through a new, modern and easy to use website. Most homeowners start their search for a new home looking at the options online, so development of a website that is rich in content and easy to navigate is key to sales. The challenge was to create a site that acts as an information hub for clients throughout the sales cycle and a gateway for developments' microsites in multiple cities, taking a vast amount of content for all sectors and presenting it in a digestible format. A second challenge was to create a site that could easily be updated by the client at any given point.

To create a website that was both appealing and beneficial for the target audience, the site had to offer more than typical content about products for sale. To maximize and demystify the process of purchasing a home in an Empire development, the site included checklists, tips, trends, inspirational content for homeowners and infographics.
