LEGACY

For Empire latest Niagara's low rise community, we decided to take an unusual approach and connect with viewers at an emotional level while promoting the affordable dream of buying a home in Empire Legacy.

Our goal was to build awareness and intrigue while creating excitement by connecting emotionally while telling the story of a young family who moves into a house and creates their own unique legacy. As years pass by, not only the family grows and changes, but their community grows with them.

In order to tell the story, we couldn't think of a better technique than projection mapping, since it is really the emotions and stories the ones that colour with life your home. Therefore, we used the best canvas to represent this. A 6' x 6' white scale model of a home with a 16' background located at the presentation centre. Through projection mapping, the house comes to life showcasing not only the main story, but also multiple possibilities of front elevations, as well as beautiful timelapses of Empire Legacy homes as years pass by.

The video was the backbone and central piece of the entire marketing campaign that included visualization, a microsite with landing pages, social media and print ads.
