THE WELL

Bordering Toronto’s Front, Spadina and Wellington, Tridel’s ‘The Well’ is the most ambitious mixed-use endeavour in Canada. This world-class, 3.1 million sq ft mixture of retail, commercial, condominiums and rentals, spread over 7.8 acres, will host approximately 10,000 people on a daily basis who live and work at The Well.

For this one-of-a-kind, astounding project, Pureblink partnered with Tridel to create a bespoke interactive experience, featuring a presentation system used by the sales team to present key features of the project through the use of an ipad app integrated to multiple Video screens and 2 scale models which help reinforced the messages and locate the specific area in question on the scale models.

In addition, our team developed a Real time Touchscreen App featuring a 3D model a highly-detailed model of downtown Toronto and an Interactive model of the project.

We wanted to showcase the development in an innovative, streamlined way and create a unique way to engage and properly tell the story to prospective buyers. Both apps share a customized CMS that manage all content and can be updated on-demand in real-time.
