QUEEN CHURCH

Rising at the corner of Queen and Church—and aptly name “Queen Church” – this dazzling new condominium community from Tridel and Bazis puts you right in the heart of Toronto’s most historic district. We created 19 interior and exterior renderings that were used for the brochure, website, 3D touchscreen app, within sales centre videos and curated content on Tridel’s social channels.

In order to enhance the sales centre experience, our team created an interactive 3d application using a 100’’ large screen touchscreen, which played an important role to make the experience as immersive as possible. The experience allows users to navigate the project through 3 levels of navigation: City / Building and immersive. The ease of navigation at different scales allowed the sales agents to walk prospect buyers through each one of the key selling features of the project.

The realism and quality of the immediate context brought the area to life. This was critical given that the sales centre was located in a different area of the city. In addition, the connection to the actual views was extremely important in order to give prospect buyers all the information needed.

An online version of the app was created in order for prospect buyers to review the information from their own home.

The online app allowed to streamline the process of choosing the right unit, reviewing the actual view, adding it to favorites and even be able to submit worksheets on the desired units, which resulted in a streamlined the entire sales cycle, reducing admin times by 25%.
