SMART LIVING, CLEVER LIFE

How do you sell units in a new condo development located right in the heart of downtown that boasts about their smartly designed 300 sq ft units?

By embracing the smallness of all the units and highlighting how a new design could streamline living. Following the brand guidelines and overall marketing concept created by 52 Pick-Up, our team proposed a creative teaser video in order to engage the audience with a bit of a tease, increase awareness about Smart House and generate buzz before its launch.

The video takes us on a journey using simple and fun 2D illustrations, where "small" has made a difference throughout time.
Our renderings and photography showcase the great location, views and design, in addition to the functionality and beautiful aesthetic of streamlined living.
